Genesis Capital (the “Company”) is one of the largest business purpose lenders in the country, focused on providing commercial real estate financing solutions to real estate developers who buy, renovate, and sell single-family and / or multi-family residential real estate. The Company is a subsidiary of Rithm Capital (parent company), a publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trust.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following.
- Partner with members of the Executive Team to manage the process of creating business plans, new product strategies and related projects, due diligence, and project management with the business stakeholders.
- Communicate the business rationale, supported by writing memos, case studies, strategic objectives, creating revenue projections and financial analysis.
- Develop, communicate, and support internal approval requirements and processes.
- Build and maintain valuation and financial models leveraging business and market intelligence from all key sources.
- Prioritize efforts and evaluate prospects such that combined efforts of all involved are on opportunities truly accretive to Genesis’ Capital’s overall growth strategy.
- Partner with CEO / President in developing acquisition pipeline targets in conjunction with internal leadership team and the Genesis’ parent company.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
