We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing advanced network solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Cisco Fabric, Nexus switches, Software-Defined Networking (SDN) in Azure Cloud, Versa SD-WAN, Aruba network solutions, ClearPass, and colocation data centers. The Network Architect will play a critical role in shaping our network infrastructure to ensure robust, scalable, and secure connectivity across all our operations.

- Implementation and Management:
- Implementation of network solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Configure and manage Aruba network devices, including access points and controllers.
- Implement and manage Aruba ClearPass for network access control and policy enforcement.
- Oversee the deployment and management of colocation data centers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure network designs adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate robust security measures across the network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide training and mentorship to network engineers and support staff.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on network strategy and architecture.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure cohesive network solutions.
- Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to network infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network architecture and engineering.
- Proven expertise in Cisco Fabric, Nexus switches, and SDN in Azure.
- Extensive experience with Versa SD-WAN and Aruba network solutions.
- Strong background in managing ClearPass and colocation data centers.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, VCIX-NV, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Network Engineer) and Aruba certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified Design Expert) are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
