Primary Function
Responsible for the oversight and management of tasks associated with the workflow of all Processing Functions. This role will supervise and support a Team of 5 Processors. Additionally, they will facilitate all loans through the manufacturing process.

Principal Duties
- Direct oversight to a Team of processors
- Works directly with Processing Manager to improve efficiency, enhance quality and influence production. Utilizes reporting to foster this environment
- Trains and mentors new Team members
- Manages an active loan pipeline by ensuring all key performance indicators are met
- Ensures all Processing conditions are satisfied in a timely fashion
- Adheres to established service level agreements
- Supports Sales, Closing & Funding
- Provides feedback loop to Sales partners
- Active communication with consumers, Title Companies & other internal Departments
- Manages the staff, plans responsibilities, directs activities, and utilizes staff resources effectively, including modifying staff levels (e.g. hiring/terminating) to meet department goals
- Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback & coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of Processing experience
- 1 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Solid understanding of the economics related to the origination, sale, and servicing of residential mortgage loans
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented, task driven & work well with people
- Requires excellent verbal/written communication
- Robust ability to manage multiple tasks
