For more information, visit About the RoleAs a product manager, you will work on our fast-growing short video platform. Join us and be part of a team that’s building the future of video ads and monetization, making a huge impact on the platform and our community.ResponsibilitiesLead the integration and optimization of multiple third-party DSPs into our mobile app to enhance ad performance while maintaining a safe user environment.Implement advanced ad optimization techniques like price floor optimization and dynamic cascading to improve advertising efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our ad tech stack and operational frameworks.Define and execute strategies for launching non-ad monetization features such as live streaming, donations, and in-app shopping.Develop and manage go-to-market plans for new product features, aligning them with overall business objectives.Analyze performance data to inform product decisions and iterate towards achieving product-market fit.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive monetization initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in mobile advertising or digital monetization.Proven expertise in ad technology stacks and integrating third-party DSPs into mobile applications.Strong analytical skills with experience in ad performance optimization techniques.Demonstrated ability to define and execute monetization strategies and go-to-market plans.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience with non-ad monetization features like live streaming, donations, or e-commerce integrations is preferred.Preferred QualitiesExperience in investment banking or consulting firms are a plusFamiliarity with video ads, content monetization, or ad tech ecosystems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a focus on solving complex problems and driving product innovation.BenefitsWe offer competitive benefits package : Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family (0 cost for employee)Top-tier 401(K) plan with company matchingPaid time off and paid holidaysPaid parental leaveFSA and commuter benefits programsTeam activity budgetThe US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
