Responsibilities :
- Ideation & Strategy : Identify and prioritize new product opportunities that improve user experience and drive growth metrics, including user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Feature Development : Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, design, and execute impactful new features. Lead projects from conception through to launch, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
- Experimentation & Analysis : Design, implement, and evaluate A / B tests and other growth experiments to validate hypotheses, leveraging insights to make data-informed decisions.
- User-Centric Focus : Gather and analyze user feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize improvements to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Roadmap Planning : Manage and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both the broader product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, data analytics, and product engineering teams to deliver growth features.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training.
