Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and oversee team relationships.
- Assist with event planning and logistics.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure effective communication across departments.
