In support of the NASA Office of Cyber Security Support (OCSS), our team develops and promotes cybersecurity, CUI, and privacy training strategies, as well as training course materials for NASA-wide access and distribution. We provide a diverse range of support such as developing remedial phishing social engineering training and assessment tools to determine training effectiveness. Rothe works with individual NASA Centers to plan and maintain schedules for the Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and we assist with help desk and troubleshooting for online portal and on-site instruction. In support of continuing IT Security Awareness, our team creates informative monthly newsletters and real-time one-page publications concerning important security event awareness and mitigation.
Training Content Development
Our team is highly skilled in the areas of education, training, and cybersecurity content. Team members hold professional credentials in areas such as INFOSEC, education, human resources, and Information Technology.
With this diverse set of skills, our team works collaboratively with internal and external partners to :
- Apply best practices for instructional delivery and course development using the science of learning.
- Collaborate with NASA SMEs to craft and create relevant and current training resources.
- Update and integrate applicable laws and organizational policies into all training.
- Implement industry-standard data collection and analysis practices to examine feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create awareness products such as infographics, newsletters, videos, and content used to support training.
