What you will do:
Some key responsibilities for Accounts Payable Clerks:
- Prepare month end reconciliations for A/P related balance sheet accounts
- General accounts payable functions
- Check, verify and process invoices
- Prepare payments for signature
- Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Business, or a related field completed or in progress
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working in an office setting
- Competent oral and written communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
