Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Removable Processing Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role is responsible for the processing of removable dental prosthetics, including dentures, partials, and occlusal appliances. The ideal candidate will have experience in investing, packing, finishing, and utilizing the Ivoclar IvoBase injection system for high-quality acrylic processing units.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process full and partial dentures using flasking, investing, packing and curing techniques.
· Operate and maintain the Ivoclar Ivobase Injection system for high-precision denture processing.
· Work with various dental materials, including heat-cured and cold-cured acrylics, resins, and metal frameworks.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following infection control and safety protocols.
· Collaborate with dental technicians and lab managers to meet quality standard and deadlines.
Requirements:
· Experience in removable prosthetic fabrication ( 1-2 years preferred).
· Proficiency in investing, packing, curing, and finishing dentures.
· Hands-on experience with the Ivoclar Ivobase system for denture processing.
· Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
