NewtekOne is looking to add a Marketing Content Coordinator to the team!

The Marketing Content Coordinator will combine strong writing talent with excellent project management skills to oversee our email marketing content creation and approval processes. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining our brand voice, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality email content.

Responsibilities Include :

Content Creation & Strategy :

Write, edit, and proofread email marketing content that aligns with the company's brand voice and tone.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
Ensure content meets both the creative and technical needs of email campaigns, maintaining consistency across all communications.

Project Management :

Manage the end-to-end process of email content creation, from ideation to approval and deployment.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and product teams, to gather necessary assets and information.

Monitor content deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all email materials.

Quality Control & Brand Consistency :

Ensure all email content adheres to brand guidelines and best practices for tone, style, and format.

Review email drafts for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to the target audience.

Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues as they arise.

Collaboration :

Work closely with other departments, such as design, analytics, and customer service, to gather feedback and make improvements to email campaigns.

Assist in the coordination of A / B testing, performance reviews, and continuous improvement of email content.

Reporting & Analysis :

Track and report on the performance of email campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Provide regular updates to leadership regarding the status of email content and campaign effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

2 years of experience in content creation, project management, or marketing.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong project management abilities, with experience coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and A / B testing.

Education & Certification Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 per year
