Small Business Lending, LLC. is looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to its team.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting both pre and post-closing loan reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external programmatic and regulatory requirements, such as the Lender's credit policy and the SBA's SOP. Post-closing reviews include assembling an audit ready file and identifying exceptions. Participates in any internal, external, or SBA loan audit. QA Specialist reports to senior management regarding compliance of all loan files.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Reviews all closed loans, once they hit at least 60 days post-closing, to confirm that the documentation is in accordance with all programmatic and regulatory requirements;
- Assembles audit ready file
- Identifies outstanding / deficient items and sends requests to applicable parties to remedy;
- Reports on a recurring basis as requested by senior management (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) as to deficiencies noted
- Participates in external, internal and SBA audits
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Education & Certification Requirements :
College Degree preferred.
Salary Range : $60,000 to $80,000 per year
