As Quality Assurance Manager, you will supervise our production processes to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards. You will develop and implement quality control documents, review inspection reports, create action plans, and document production processes.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to become an integral part of our team! This position will report to our Compliance Director.
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will supervise our production processes to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards. You will develop and implement quality control documents, review inspection reports, create action plans, and document production processes.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Set and uphold product and quality standards for domestic and international production, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously enhance quality control processes and standards. This involves establishing protocols for inspections at various stages of product development and production to ensure compliance with specifications and reduce potential issues.
- Monitor and ensure that production processes and product standards meet ethical regulations
- Conduct regular reviews to confirm ongoing compliance with all ethical requirements
- Plan and organize periodic plant audits to evaluate and verify adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure product specifications for all products are met
- Monitor product returns and feedback from Customer Service. Identify potential product or quality issues and take corrective action as necessary
- Review and assess all 3rd party lab and inspection reports
- College degree
- 5 years experience in the quality control of consumer products (non-food)
- Experience with baby/juvenile products is a plus
- Previous experience with product testing and certification
- Experience with 3rd party lab consumer products testing
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Position requires periodic travel to our production locations, both international and domestic
