Newton CFV collaborates with globally recognized equipment manufacturers, beverage suppliers, convenience store chains, and restaurants to build and incorporate CFV technology in beverage dispensing and sanitizing systems. Newton is looking to hire a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the senior management team and the engineering department by coordinating projects, documenting meetings, and timelines, and ensuring seamless operations within the office. This role will facilitate accurate and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet customer expectations and deadlines.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between various teams, contributing to the efficient execution of projects and the overall success of the engineering department. Requirements:Role and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for engineering team members.
- Coordinating meetings and recording minutes.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and professional correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
- Organize and manage the filing system for easy retrieval of documents when needed.
- Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and managing deadlines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Support the engineering team in adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills relevant to the engineering department.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineer experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
