- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed and provide an estimate of time required for repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
