Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position located in Morocco, IN. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient and effective operation of the organization. You will ensure that the office is organized and functions smoothly, answer and direct phone calls, proper message taking, maintain files and records, assist with scheduling and booking appointments, and perform other data entry duties as assigned. Role includes stocking, light cleaning, and a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative role for at least 1 year
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable professional and effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
Advance proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Email handling, and strong internet browsing skills
Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
A friendly and positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and workflows
