Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (In-Office)
Location: Mansfield TX /Duncanville TX
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, assisting clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage options.
✅ Be a trusted advisor—educate customers on their policies and help them find solutions that fit their needs.
✅ Process policy changes, payments, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
✅ Retain customers by proactively reviewing renewals, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional coverage.
✅ Resolve customer issues with a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.
✅ Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our agency management system (eAgent).
✅ Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure clients receive top-tier support.
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Fluent in English & Spanish (both spoken and written).
✨ Strong communication skills—clear, empathetic, and professional.
✨ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult conversations with grace.
✨ Detail-oriented and organized—accuracy is key in the insurance world!
✨ Previous customer service experience (insurance industry experience is a huge plus!).
✨ Ability to work in-office in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
