Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. Infant teachers create a positive, respectful, and safe environment for the children. They also ensure that all safety regulations are followed
Duties
- Responds to the individual needs and learning styles of children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learn.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain proper records, including documenting observations and milestones
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed

Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized university is preferred.
- Previous experience working with Infants in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
