Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and engaging with children in a fun and creative manner.

Infant teachers create a positive, respectful, and safe environment for the children. They also ensure that all safety regulations are followed

Duties

  • Responds to the individual needs and learning styles of children.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learn.
  • Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their child's development.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain proper records, including documenting observations and milestones
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed

  • Work with a team of teachers to ensure a cohesive and quality learning environment

Experience

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized university is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Infants in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
