Qualifications:
Education & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field required.

Experience:

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HRIS and other relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Generate HR reports, including turnover, retention, and staffing analytics
- Develop and maintain teacher and school leader pipeline programs
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights for the teacher and school leader pipeline programs
- Develops and maintains off-campus college work-study partnerships and internships
Data Analysis:
- Collaborate with the central office and school-based staff to assess and measure the quality of the college partnerships.
- Collaborate with the central office and school-based staff to assess and measure the quality of the pipeline programs.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and track hiring, retention, and progress toward district goals.
- Use data to inform decisions and adapt practices to reach goals.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This position is in a typical school and office setting. Some bending, reaching, and lifting may be required. May be responsible for diffusing difficult situations including student restraint. Transportation is required.

This is a part-time 50% benefits-eligible, year-round position. Some evening and weekend commitments may be required for professional development or recruitment events. (2 full days or 4 half days schedule can be accommodated)
