Summary: |

The trip leader oversees the design of this program for middle and high schoolers. The trip leader supervises young people ages 12-18, plans and runs daily activities, assists in promoting the program, and more to create a top-notch experience. NCE trip leaders are passionate about kids' experiences while at the program; organized, flexible, and able to problem-solve; calm under pressure; effective supervisors of young people; and experienced safely leading a group of 6-15 people. |
