Requirements
- A BLS certification is required for onboarding; we offer support and resources to help you maintain your certification.
- A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is mandatory for this position; we encourage you to pursue this credential if you haven't already.
- A primary COVID-19 vaccination series is necessary, with no exemptions available.
- You must provide documentation of MMR vaccines or proof of immunity upon hiring.
- A TB Test is required within three months of starting work.
- A Health Statement signed by an MD/DO/NP/PA is necessary within 365 days of your start date.
