Certification and Licensure
As a licensed radiologic technologist, you will be required to hold the following certifications and licenses:
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - X-ray and Mammography
- Licensed by the state of Massachusetts Radiation Control Board – X-ray and Mammography
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold current certification as an R.T. (R) (M) from the ARRT
- Have a minimum of one year of mammography experience
- Meet all necessary health and safety requirements, including:
- Vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza)
- Health statement
- Tdap vaccination
- Pass a MGB Criminal Background Check
- Pass a MGB Massachusetts CORI check
- Submit a resume, skills checklist, and confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Complete education verification, SSN trace, national sex offender check, exclusion checks, and TB symptom survey (if applicable)
