NewtonX has raised $47m in funding, and as we continue to expand, we're searching for a driven and strategic Product Manager to shepherd NewtonX Hub into its next stage and beyond.
About the role
We're looking for a strategic Principal Product Manager with an unmatched execution streak to drive the development and scaling of NewtonX Hub. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine expertise in enterprise SaaS with a solid understanding of working with gen AI. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with GTM teams to align product strategy with market needs and ensure successful growth.
This is a critical role who will own key business outcomes for our client-facing product area and will report directly to the VP of Product.
How you will make an impact
- Product Vision and Strategy : You will define and refine the product vision for NewtonX Hub, with a focus on innovation and differentiation, leveraging Gen AI to meet client's research needs in novel ways.
- Roadmap Development : You will develop a product roadmap, setting clear priorities aligned with business goals and customer needs, while fostering a user-centric approach to new features and improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : You will work closely with engineering, design, and GTM functions, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product alignment with market demands, drive adoption, and maximize value delivery.
- User Research and Insights : You will conduct in-depth user research to gather insights and identify key pain points, using data-driven approaches to validate and refine product decisions.
- Growth and Scalability : You will lead initiatives focused on expanding NewtonX Hub's reach within the enterprise market, optimizing for retention, feature adoption, and scalability.
- Performance Metrics : You will work closely with the data analyst to establish dashboard and monitor KPIs to gauge product success, applying learnings to drive continuous product improvement.

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
