Job Summary :
The Front Desk Associate at the Newtown Performance Institute serves as the first point of contact for members, clients, and visitors at the Newtown Sports Center and Newtown Performance Institute. This role requires excellent customer service skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations. The associate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, providing information about programs and services, managing inquiries, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service & Reception
- Greet all members, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Assist with check-ins, registrations, and program sign-ups.
- Address member concerns and resolve issues effectively or escalate to the appropriate department.
Administrative Support
Facility Coordination
Program Promotion & Engagement
Position Requirements
Qualifications :
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Proficient with scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems).
o Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
