Summary :
The NAC AQUATICS Program is looking for high energy swim instructors for our indoor program! The NAC Instructors are the face of the aquatics department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships, provide guidance and service to all members and clients.
- Learn and identify member's goals, educate how their expertise will help them, sell lesson services.
- Create unique exercise programs for each individual client based on their needs and likes.
- Help clients develop strong swim skills.
Position Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required :
Shifts : Flexible Schedule, minimum of 4 hours per week
Most lessons take place on weekdays between 4-8 pm and 9 am - 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
