- Facilitate a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Implement early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative educational experience.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques.
- Provide care for toddlers during designated times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
