Position Overview:We are actively seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our expanding team in the Orlando area. Our ideal candidate is experienced in the pest control industry, capable of identifying common pests, and skilled in conducting thorough inspections for pest activity. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused professional who can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Knowledge Development: Become an expert in our pest control products and services.
• Inspection & Treatment: Identify, assess, and treat pest infestations effectively.
• Service Documentation: Provide detailed service notes and maintain accurate records.
• Product Application: Apply pest control products following safety protocols and label instructions.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for all tools and equipment.
• Database Management: Input customer information and service notes into our database.
• Ongoing Training: Participate in continuous learning, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities.
• Professional Representation: Uphold company values while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous pest control experience is preferred, along with a current pest control license (preferred but not mandatory). Previous Pest Control sales experience preferred
• Work Schedule: Ability to work a full-time, consistent schedule.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in tight spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Personality & Skills: Outgoing, friendly, strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and independent thinking.
• Team Collaboration: Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
• Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
