SUMMARY
The HR Generalist provides administrative support to the HR Manager, including but not limited to; correspondence generation, record keeping, recruiting, and new hire orientation. The HR Administrator also ensures plans and Company policies are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Candidate must bilingual in Spanish. All offers of employment are contingent upon verification of identity and legal authority to work in the United States via E-Verify

This role will report to the Human Resource Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Informs management regarding employee relations issues, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
- Acts as Employee Ambassador, coordinating the onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Assists in organizing recruitment efforts; manages job descriptions and places advertisements, screens resumes and schedules interviews.
- Facilitate, when necessary, any required employee communications, using multiple methods as appropriate
- Prepares reports on attendance, ascension, and turnover
- Assists with company training requirements and ensures that all training records are maintained in accordance with company policy
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
