Job Summary

The Refrigerator Maintenance Technician also known as 'Reefer Tech' is responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigerators and refrigeration units on our refrigerated trailers and trucks; ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. This role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair :  Perform diagnostics and repair, starting and charging system, cooling, re-charge, and electrical including common fault codes.

Repairs include :

Performing leak detection procedures, compressor replacements, soldering refrigerant lines, evaporator / condenser replacements as well as front and rear main engine seal replacements.
