Ethan Crossing Addiction Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community. From scheduling an admission date to acquainting individuals with the campus and everything in between, patients are supported by our team of compassionate employees.

The Role Itself
- Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information.
- Actively communicates within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines, documenting interactions.
- Completes level of care assessments and ASAM documentation via telehealth.
- Provides resource information and "warm-referrals" to community providers for engagement.
- Communicates with utilization review
- Completes thorough, timely documentation in compliance with standards.
- Demonstrates crisis intervention skills and upholds confidentiality.
- Possesses a working knowledge of clinical regulations.
- Completes the admission process, including verification of benefits and necessary authorizations.
