We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. As a Window Tinter, you will be responsible for applying window tint film to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Apply window tint film to various types of vehicles, ensuring precision and quality in every installation.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to cut, trim, and fit window tint film according to specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after tinting to ensure high standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble and prepare vehicles for tinting services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with vehicle detailing as needed, ensuring that all surfaces are clean and free from debris prior to installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding window tinting options.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in window tinting technology and techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in the window tinting process.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy materials as required during the installation process.
- Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
- A background in auto estimating or working within a dealership environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
