As an Information Technology Analyst III you will design, implement, analyze, and modify new and existing business intelligence programs / systems for business or patient care needs. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of analytics-related servers and / or applications. You will also ensure the performance, integrity and reliability of system components. In addition you will determine user specifications for reporting and project needs and work independently in a professional, high-tech environment to oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.
Remote, Requires occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance. No relocation assistance available."
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with SQL, on either Microsoft or Oracle platforms
- Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
- Minimum of 5 years' combined data analytics and healthcare experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Strong working knowledge of :
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer
