Clinical Laboratory Technologist -Hematology– Full-Time - Days

Join a highly-skilled technical team in Central Laboratory'. Take on this important role, responsible for performing all patient tests, reading hematology slides, performing quality control procedures as well as standard preventative maintenance. Here you'll have an opportunity to work with nationally accredited colleagues and contribute to lifesaving results.
This is a full-time, day shift position working 8a-4p Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, occasionally rotating 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and 10 am to 6 pm
Required Criteria
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or any other health science related field
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license from the New York State Education Department
- Chemistry/Hematology experience
- 2 years of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
- ASCP certification
