Epic Application Support (ASG) Analyst
The Epic ASG Analyst’s primary responsibility is resolving Epic EHR end-user application issues. The ASG team resolves issues across all Epic modules, including inpatient, ambulatory, and financial workflows. This integral member of the Clinical IT team will also participate in implementation and optimization projects including go-live support. An ASG Analyst provides support via phone, including support during non-working hours, to ensure the operation of a 24/7 production systems.
Preferred Criteria
- Epic Certification
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of previous work related experience
- Epic Certification must be acquired during the first 6 months. Maintenance of specific module certifications is desirable and is determined over time by leadership.
