Job Summary
This Clinical Nurse Manager role oversees unit operations, including patient flow, scheduling, education, and leadership for a dynamic staff. You will promote quality across all aspects of patient care, fostering safety, quality, and compassion.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 2 years of acute clinical experience

- Previous clinical expertise within the Emergency Department
Work Environment
