Patient Care Technician - 14S Medical / Surgical - Nights
Make a lasting impression on patients in urgent need, as a Patient Care Technician. Care for patients while you draw blood and take vital signs-when expertise and customer service makes all the difference.
Accurately measure and record patient vital signs including body temperature, pulse respiration, and blood pressure. Report abnormal findings, put patients at ease and be the eyes and ears of our award-winning nursing team. Collaborate with a team of nurses to earn your reputation every day and Put Patients First.
Required Criteria
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum one year of experience as Nurse Aide
- Complete in-house training program approved by New York Weill Cornell Division of Nursing
- A high school diploma is required, along with completion of an approved phlebotomy program and a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
