Per Diem Pharmacist -Oncology- Day Flex

In this role, you will be responsible to handle compound hazardous drugs for both adult/pediatric patients, providing education, and becoming proficient with various adult/pediatric oncology protocols. This is a per diem position and requires to work at least four shifts per month.

Preferred Criteria:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency 
• Experience with chemotherapy or experience as a pharmacist in an oncology pharmacy setting
• Sterile compounding experience
• Board Certification (e.g. BCOP, BCPS)

Required Criteria:

• Current NYS Pharmacist license
• PharmD or bachelor’s Pharmacy Degree

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
