Staff Pharmacist – Specialty Pharmacy
Bring your specialty pharmacy experience to our organization and help provide each patient with the highest possible level of personalized care. Our team of pharmacists are focused on supporting those patients with complex and chronic disease. Our exceptional leadership team supports our staff members to take an active role in patient care. Utilize your patient education experience to build closer relationships between the pharmacy and our interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Criteria
- Patient education experience
- Experience as a specialty pharmacist in a hospital setting
- Sterile compounding experience
- Board Certification (e.g. BCOP, BCPS)
- Prior experience utilizing automated dispensing cabinet systems and controlled substance monitoring
Required Criteria
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D. degree
- New York State licensure
