About Us

ELITE Gaming is more than just an esports arena. We're a bar and restaurant with a full kitchen, a main stage with a hype tunnel and secondary small stage, over 60 PCs, consoles, Nintendo Switch, and more! Our facility features:

• A small stage.
• Our Main Stage with the iconic Hype Tunnel and 10 PCs.
• A Podcast Studio and Streaming Studio.
• A full Production Studio
• ReadyUp Rooms with projectors, PCs, and consoles.

We host esports tournaments, a statewide high school esports league, parties, corporate events, camps, field trips, and even non-gaming events like Syracuse Fashion Week.

What You'll Do

As an Arena Associate, you will:

• Plan, set up, and execute esports tournaments and events.
• Assist customers with game time purchases, account setup, and streaming studio time during Open Play.
• Troubleshoot common computer and console issues.
• Run after-school high school esports programs, including student check-in and setting up matches or practices.
• Support non-gaming events such as corporate gatherings, presentations, and private parties through facility setup and operational assistance.
• Assist with STEM-focused field trips and camps, with opportunities to be trained on LEGO Robotics and drone activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive experiences for guests.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun and welcoming environment.
• Help with building equipment, cleaning, organizing, and restocking as needed.
• Support food and drink runners when required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have proficient knowledge of gaming, computers, and consoles.
• Are willing to work non-traditional hours, including late nights and weekends.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Are team players with a customer-service mindset.
• Have the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
