What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a highly organized, charismatic, and self-starting Event Organizer/Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of in-person networking events across the East Coast for our Nex Chamber chapters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning monthly and quarterly networking events across multiple regions (NJ, PA, FL, CT, etc.)
- Coordinating with venues, vendors, photographers, and guest speakers
- Ensuring all event logistics run smoothly (check-ins, signage, audio, etc.)
- Working with our internal marketing and design team to promote events
- Creating a vibe: every event should feel exciting, inclusive, and Nex-level
- Managing post-event follow-up (surveys, recap emails, testimonials)
- Occasionally attending events in person (travel is required)
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Are experienced in event planning or community management (preferred 2 years)
- Have killer organization and time management skills
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple events at once
- Love networking and talking to business owners
- Are comfortable traveling for in-person events (must be East Coast based)
- Have a pulse on what makes an event engaging, memorable, and social-media-worthy

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
