In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers while pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing Nex-Tech’s product offerings effectively in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Relationship Management : Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Consultative Selling : Engage customers and prospects to identify business needs, offer tailored technology solutions, and present Nex-Tech’s products and services as the ideal solution to meet their objectives.
- Account Management : Focus on larger revenue accounts and complex sales, coordinating with various internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proposal Development : Collaborate with customers and internal project managers to create detailed, accurate proposals for voice, data, and other technology solutions.
- Follow-Up : Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely follow-up after project completion, fostering opportunities for additional business.
- Reporting : Regularly update your supervisor with sales activity reports, forecasts, and progress towards goals.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales support team and management to drive business success and improve processes.
- Other Duties : Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, with a focus on professional growth and team success.
