Position: LPN/LVN
Pay Rate: $35 - $43/hr
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

THOSE LPN TRAVELERS WITH CURRENT BAT AND DOT DRUG SCREENING CAN BE UPLOADED AT A 66$ RATE - CERTS MUST BE IN PROFILE TO ADJUST RATE TO 66. Thank you!

• 5 years current clinical experience required
• 2 years Occupational Health experience required
• MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) - STRONGLY PREFERRED
• DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Ergonomic Assessment Experience - Preferred
• Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
• Valid Driver License Required

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• LPN/LVN: 5 years (Required)
• Occupational Health: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) (Preferred)
• DOT - Drug Screening (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Driving License (Required)
