What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN-Home Health/Hospice position at Nexa Equity?
EXP: 2 years’ experience current required in specialty. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
CERTS: BLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
SHIFTS: 8 hours (or plus) varied - starts at 8am - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. One 8 hour on call shift required per 6 weeks. Weekday and rotate weekends and holidays may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Approximately 5 to 6 home visits per day.

Pay: $60.40 - $66.00 per hour
