Job Description The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and technical support for the Collaboration at Sea (CAS) and Coalition Communications programs. This role involves identifying and resolving deficiencies in service, support, training, and fleet readiness. The Contractor will analyze IT systems, provide recommendations for technical direction, and support planning, coordination, and implementation of IT capabilities. The position requires expertise in system security, configuration management, and change management while ensuring compliance with evolving technological advancements. Additionally, the Operations Specialist will generate reports, participate in technical discussions, and provide guidance on policy and operational improvements. Position Responsibilities : Technical Support & System Management
- Provide SME-level technical assistance in Collaboration at Sea (CAS) and Coalition Communications software, hardware, and cloud architectures.
- Assist in configuration and change management processes.
- Support testing and validation of system updates and new technologies.
Fleet Readiness & Deficiency Analysis
