Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing and PR Manager is accountable for achieving the Nexen Tire America sales and profitability goals through developing and executing the Digital Marketing Plan and PR activities in line with sales and marketing objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Digital marketing & PR strategy development to accomplish defined business objectives throughout product categories.
2. Build, manage, and optimize the company website to increase online traffic.
3. Conduct social media marketing on different platforms.
4. Create and manage a PR plan, including monthly PR release target, timelines, and analysis
5. Develop and implement PR strategies for the company’s products, services, events, and etc.
6. Work with Korea HQ and domestic agencies to create a content calendar
7. Closely work with product team, sales team, and other marketing colleagues to coordinate marketing campaigns under consistent message of product and company
8. Increase brand presence through excellence in digital marketing and PR strategy under the master strategy of Integrated marketing strategy
9. Assist in set up of Brand Marketing strategy with Marketing director and Marketing VP
10. Prepare the monthly Marketing Events & Partnership Report
11. Ad hoc marketing reports for the CEO North America, President at HQ
12. Budget Management & Invoice for digital marketing and PR activities
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:

3. Working knowledge of Tire Industry and dealer/distributor channels
4. Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior Marketing position.
5. Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel and Power Point, etc.

7. Flexibility in work schedules
8. Ability to understand online metrics and analytics, and communicate ROI
9. Strong organizational skills in multi-national working environment

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Management or related field
2. Five plus years Tire or Automotive Car Industry Marketing experience
3. Five plus years managing trade marketing
Working Hours:
Standard working hours M-F 8am-5pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
Hours may vary and will require evenings, weekends, and overtime depending on business need
Working Environment:
Office Environment, with monthly travel expectations
Tools and Equipment Used:
Personal computer, e-mail, copier, phone, and other standard office equipment
Travel:
Ability to travel as required (Up to 50% and some weekends)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
