Nexeo HR is seeking a reliable and proactive Account Coordinator to join our client’s team in Las Vegas, NV. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leader in the custom display and tradeshow design industry.
As an Account Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the lifecycle of custom display projects. Responsibilities
• Serve as the main client contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and relationship management.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to guarantee timely and accurate project delivery.
• Manage client orders from inquiry to final delivery, ensuring all timelines are met.
• Provide ongoing client support, addressing questions, concerns, and issues professionally.
• Prepare and present detailed project quotes based on client specifications and budgets.
• Assist with event logistics, including shipment tracking, installation, and on-site support.
• Maintain accurate client records, updating orders and project statuses regularly.
• Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service, account coordination, or project management, preferably in the event or display industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Knowledge of the tradeshow, conference, or event industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Pay
$28.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00am -3:30pm | Monday - Friday
