Nexeo HR is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for operating and adjusting CNC Lathe offsets, performing routine maintenance on production equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes efficiently, making precise offset adjustments as necessary.
• Interpret and apply blueprint designs accurately to ensure production quality.
• Configure and set up machinery for production runs with precision.
• Perform detailed measurements and calculations, verifying accuracy before initiating setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support efficiency and safety standards.
• Accurately measure and record dimensions using tools such as Vernier calipers, outside micrometers, and inside micrometers.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
• Program and input all relevant codes to define feed rates, cutting speeds, and toolpaths for CNC lathe operations.

Qualifications

22.00 - $28.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM | Monday – Friday
