Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer orders while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and account managers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage customer communications via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide expert assistance on product-related questions, utilizing scripts and comprehensive training resources.
• Coordinate and streamline return processes, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for customers.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities, offering insights to support account growth and improve service strategies.
Qualifications
• Customer service or AP/AR experience preferred but not required, training provided for the right candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to navigate data entry systems with confidence while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent relationship management skills to foster account growth and effectively resolve challenges.
• Must pass a state background check.
Pay
$16.80 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shist | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday- Friday
