General Laborer

Responsibilities

•   Follow work orders to complete tasks according to specifications.

•   Use drawings, blueprints, and schematics to assemble parts and products.

•   Verify stock levels, pick parts, and follow procedures for handling shortages.

•   Ensure tools are properly adjusted and maintained.

•   Work with hand tools, air tools, and electric power tools.

•   Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

•   Adhere to company quality policies and procedures.

•   Learn and perform all required tasks in the assigned area.

•   Be open to moving into other classified positions as skills develop.

•   Perform additional duties as assigned within the department.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.

•  Must obtain or be willing to acquire any required certifications.

•   Language Skills: Ability to read and understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

•   Math Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and read a tape measure to 1/16".

•   Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to follow one- or two-step instructions and handle standardized situations.

•   Certifications & Licenses: May be required to obtain a forklift license or overhead crane certification.

•   Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Syteline and other relevant programs.

Physical Demands

Pay

$19.81 - $20.81 Per Hour

Schedule

Day & Swing Shift available l Monday – Friday | OT on the weekends when needed
