Responsibilities
• Unload trailers using a sit-down forklift and organize products in the warehouse for further processing.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory, monitor product movements, and ensure accurate shipments.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are processed promptly and accurately.
• Pack and ship products with care and precision, ensuring items are packed properly to avoid damage.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally, handling heavy products safely and efficiently.
• Use computers to navigate Microsoft Teams and Outlook and perform basic functions like email correspondence and product lookups.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and in compliance with warehouse procedures, as needed.
• Collaborate with a small team of 3, maintaining a quiet and focused atmosphere while working efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
• Forklift Certification (Sit-Down Forklift), or ability to be certified as needed.
• Prior warehouse experience, with a focus on shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Attention to detail with an ability to pack and ship products accurately, ensuring no errors or damages.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication and basic computer functions.
• Basic grammar and communication skills for email correspondence and lookups.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as required for certain shipments.
• A strong sense of urgency, particularly in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high-end retailers.
Pay
$19.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday
