Nexeo is hiring an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Worker!
Are you skilled in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components? Do you have 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry? If so, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine proper HVAC sheet metal layouts.
• Fabricate, assemble, and modify ductwork and sheet metal components using specialized tools and machinery.
• Install HVAC ducts, pipes, and fittings with precision, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair existing HVAC sheet metal installations to maintain system efficiency.
• Maintain and service sheet metal fabrication equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Work closely with HVAC technicians and construction teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Adhere to safety protocols and building codes to maintain a secure job site.
Qualifications
• 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC sheet metal work.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
• Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks, including lifting, working in confined spaces, and working at heights.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Relevant certifications or vocational training are preferred but not required.
Pay
$20.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8-10 hours per day
